Proven gravity-and-flow swing disc design for full-bore, low-resistance non-return duty across the broadest size and pressure range.

The cast steel swing check valve uses gravity and back pressure to seat a pivoting disc against a matching body seat ring. The full-bore, straight-through flow path produces minimal pressure drop in the open position, making it the most energy-efficient non-return valve for large-bore, moderate-velocity applications. The disc is accessible through a bolted cap for in-line inspection and maintenance.
VALVAX swing check valves are designed to BS 1868 and API 600 requirements. Available with or without outside lever and counterweight for applications where closure assistance is required. Hard-faced Stellite seats resist erosion in sand-laden streams and high-velocity service.
