Power plants operate at the intersection of extreme temperature and extreme pressure. Our pressure-seal gate and globe valves are engineered for supercritical and ultra-supercritical steam services at pressures exceeding 250 bar and temperatures above 600°C. Every valve for power service is IBR approved.

Water treatment, distribution, and wastewater management require valves that are reliable over decades of continuous service at relatively low pressures but extreme volumes. VALVAX supplies large-bore butterfly valves, gate valves, and check valves for municipal and industrial water infrastructure across India.
Our double offset butterfly valves in sizes up to 48″ are used in dam outlets, pump station discharge manifolds, and transmission mains. Dual plate check valves prevent backflow and water hammer in pump stations and lifting stations. All materials are NSF 61 compatible where required.

Cryogenic service at -196°C demands materials and design practices that prevent brittle fracture, seal leakage, and thermal contraction failures. VALVAX cryogenic valves use LCC (ASTM A352 LCC) and austenitic stainless steel bodies with extended bonnet designs to protect packing from the extreme cold.
Our cryogenic ball and gate valves are tested to BS 6364 cryogenic service requirements with liquid nitrogen. They are used in LNG peak-shaving plants, LNG storage and sendout terminals, liquid oxygen and nitrogen production, and air separation units across India and internationally.
