Technical Overview

The forged ball valve combines the leak-tight, quarter-turn convenience of ball valve operation with the density and integrity of a fully forged body. Forged ASTM A105 or F316 body construction eliminates the microstructural defects of small-bore casting, providing a high-integrity pressure envelope suitable for demanding instrument, sampling, and chemical injection service.

VALVAX forge ball valves are designed to ISO 17292 and ASME B16.34. Available in 2-piece and 3-piece forged body construction with PTFE, PEEK, or fire-safe metal seats. The 3-piece design allows the centre body section to be rotated for in-line cleaning or seat replacement. Anti-static and fire-safe designs are standard options.
