The forge globe valve provides precision flow regulation in small-bore, high-pressure instrument and process service. The forged ASTM A105 or F316 body machined from seamless bar stock eliminates casting porosity and ensures a homogeneous pressure envelope. The globe valve's linear disc travel provides stable, predictable flow at all intermediate positions — essential for throttling, bypass, and control service.
VALVAX forge globe valves comply with API 602 and ISO 15761. Available in T-pattern and Y-pattern body designs. Y-pattern provides a straighter flow path for high-velocity steam and gas service where T-pattern valves would suffer seat erosion. Hard-faced Stellite 6 seat and disc are standard for erosive and high-temperature applications.
